Reference is made to LICB's announcements dated 3 September 2023 ("Initial Announcement"), 5 September 2023, 29 May 2025 and 2 September 2025 in relation to the proposed disposal of lands by Amsteel Mills and Gelora Berkat to Unichamp Mineral ("Proposed Disposals").

 

On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Amsteel Mills and Gelora Berkat had on 4 September 2026 entered into a deed of amendment and restatement with Unichamp Mineral to amend certain terms of the SPAs. Please refer to the attachment below for further details.
