The Board of Directors of Sarawak Consolidated Industries Berhad ("SCIB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that SCIB Ecobuild Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202501044572 (1645980-V) ("SCIBE" or the "Purchaser"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of SCIB, had on 4 September 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ( " Agreement " ) with East Liberty Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202401014397 (1560247-U) ("ELSB" or the "Vendor") for the acquisition on an "en-bloc" basis of three parcels of land, namely Parcel A, Parcel B and Parcel C, and the execution of a Deed of Substitution of Power of Attorney in favour of the Vendor in respect of Parcel D, which is designated as a road reserve serving Parcel A, Parcel B and Parcel C (collectively referred to as the "Lands").

The Proposed Acquisition is for a total consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifteen Million Two Hundred Thousand and One (RM15,200,001.00) only ("Purchase Consideration"), on an "as-is-where-is" basis, free from all encumbrances, claims, charges, liens, caveats and third-party interests whatsoever, with vacant possession, subject to the existing tenancies as set out in the details of the Lands, and on the terms and conditions stipulated in the Agreement.

(Unless individually identified, Parcel A, Parcel B, Parcel C and Parcel D shall hereinafter collectively be referred to as "the Lands" and individually be referred to as "the Land").
