Reference is made to the Company's earlier announcement dated 23 July 2026 in relation to the filing of a suit against 51G Development Sdn. Bhd. (Defendant), vide the Shah Alam High Court Civil Suit No.: BA-22NCC-114-07/2026 (Suit 114).

During the Case Management (by e-Review) which took place on 7 August 2026, the Court directed as follows:

(a) The Defendant is to file its "Defence" by on/before 18 August 2026;

(b) The Plaintiff is to file its "Reply to Defence" (if any) by on/before 1 September 2026; and

(c) The next Case Management (by e-Review) is scheduled to take place on 3 September 2026.

During the Case Management held on 3 September 2026, the Court scheduled the next Case Management for 13 October 2026.

Further announcements will be made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as and when there are material developments on the above matter.
