The Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that CBH Engineering Sdn Bhd ("CBH Engineering"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 7 September 2026 accepted a Letter of Acceptance dated 14 August 2026 ("Contract") from Company A, where Company A has appointed CBH Engineering to undertake the design and build contract of the 275kV consumer landing station for a data centre located in Selangor Darul Ehsan.
