We refer to the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Non-Interested Directors had, on 7 September 2026, deliberated on the contents of the Proposal Letter and after taking into consideration the advice of the Independent Adviser, had determined to accept the Proposal Letter, and had resolved to table the Proposed SCR to the Non-Interested Shareholders for their consideration and approval. Further details of the Proposed SCR are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 7 September 2026.
