Reference is made to the announcements dated 31 October 2025, 19 December 2025, 17 March 2026, 19 May 2026, 22 June 2026, 30 June 2026 and 18 August 2026 in relation to the Company's Originating Summons No. WA-24NCC(SOA)-26-10/2025 filed under Sections 366 and 368 of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Originating Summons"). Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the previous announcements.

On 18 August 2026, the Board of Directors of the Company announced that the High Court of Malaya had granted an order approving the Company's proposed scheme of arrangement ("Scheme") in accordance with Sections 366(3) and (4) of the Companies Act 2016 (the "Court Order").

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to now announce that the Company has on 7 September 2026 lodged the Court Order with the Companies Commission of Malaysia. Pursuant to Section 366(5) of the Companies Act 2016, the Court Order will take effect, and the Scheme has thus become binding on the Company upon the said lodgement of the Court Order today, i.e. 7 September 2026.
