Further to the announcement made by the Company on 28 August 2026 in relation to the declaration of a single-tier interim dividend of 5.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026, the Board of Directors of KSM wishes to inform shareholders that the payment date for the said dividend has been brought forward to 16 October 2026 from 19 November 2026 due to an inadvertent oversight.

Accordingly, the payment date stated in Note B10 - Dividends to the unaudited results for the second quarter ended 30 June 2026 shall be amended to 16 October 2026. All other information contained in the quarterly results remains unchanged.
