On behalf of the Board, Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the listing and quotation of the entire issued share capital and the warrants of Farm Price Holdings has been transferred from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 9 September 2026, marking the completion of the Proposals.
