APM Automotive Holdings Berhad ("the Company") wishes to inform that the Company has on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd., that it has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd., effective 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar has further notified that it no longer maintains a fax number and its email address has been updated to "[email protected]". All other contact details, i.e., company's address and telephone number remain valid and unchanged.
