The Board of Directors of TDM Berhad ("TDM" or "the Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar, Tricor Investors & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, that it has changed its name to Vistra Investors & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 9 September 2026.

 

The Company has also been notified that the Share Registrar no longer maintains a fax number and that its email address has been changed to '[email protected]'. All other contact details, including its registered address and telephone number, remain unchanged.
