Selangor Dredging Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company has on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar that it has changed its name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026.

The Share Registrar has also informed the Company that it no longer maintains a fax number and that its email address has been changed to [email protected].

All other contact details of the Share Registrar, including its address and telephone number, remain unchanged.
