The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that, on 9 September 2026, the Company received notification from its Malaysia Branch Share Registrar that its name had changed from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd ("Vistra"), with effect from 8 September 2026.

Accordingly, Vistra's email address has been changed to [email protected], and its fax number has been discontinued with immediate effect. Its address and telephone number remain unchanged.
