Agricore wishes to announce that the Company had, on 9 September 2026, received notification from its Share Registrar that its name has been changed from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026.

 

Vistra has further informed the Company that it no longer maintains a fax number and that its email address has been updated to [email protected]. All other contact details of Vistra, including its address and telephone number, remain valid and unchanged.
