Matang wishes to announce that the Company has on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar, informing on its change of name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. ("Vistra") with effect from 8 September 2026. 

The change is solely a change of company name and does not constitute a change of the Company's Share Registrar.

The email address of Vistra will be updated to "[email protected]" with all other contact information including address and telephone number shall remain valid and unchanged, while its fax number shall be discontinued and no longer be maintained.
