The Board of Directors ("Board") of HUBLine Berhad ("HUBLine") wish to confirm that the helicopter bearing registration 9M-LLF, operated by the Company's subsidiary, Layang Layang Aerospace Sdn. Bhd. ("LLA"), was involved in an accident at the Long Lellang STOLport, Sarawak, on 8 September 2026. 

The helicopter was operating a Flying Doctor Service flight with five persons on board, including the pilot. 

Our thoughts are with the families and loved ones of everyone on board during this deeply distressing time. LLA has activated its Emergency Response Plan and is working closely with the relevant authorities, including the Air Accident Investigation Bureau under the Ministry of Transport Malaysia, and providing all possible assistance.

The Board is currently assessing the financial and operational effect of the accident on the Group.
