The Company wishes to announce that its Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026. The change of name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining initiatives following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the Share Registrar's name with other Vistra offices.
