The Board of Directors of ES Ceramics Technology Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 9 September 2026 received notification from its Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, that it has changed its name to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd with effect from 8 September 2026.

The change of name forms part of Vistra's internal integration and streamlining following the acquisition and merger of the Tricor group of companies and aligns the name of the Share Registrar with the names of other Vistra offices.

The Company was also notified that its Share Registrar no longer maintains a fax number and that its email address has been updated to [email protected]. The Share Registrar's address and telephone number remain unchanged.
