Mr. Mark Francis has over eight years of experience in executive management, business development, strategic partnerships, sales, marketing and luxury real estate. He has built his career across Malaysia's leading property organisations and business ventures, with extensive experience in driving commercial growth, developer relations and market expansion.

He began his career as a Summer Analyst with RHB Investment Bank before joining Sime Darby Group as a Group Strategy Intern, where he was involved in market analysis, strategic benchmarking and corporate reporting. He subsequently joined Sime Darby Property as a Marketing Executive, managing integrated marketing campaigns and project launches for various residential developments.

He later progressed to the roles of Sales Executive and subsequently Sales Team Lead at Sime Darby Property. During his tenure, he played a key role in the successful launch and sale of various premium residential developments and was recognised as a multiple-time recipient of the Top Integrated Sales Award.

In 2024, he was appointed as Sales & Marketing Director of MS Majesty Capital Sdn. Bhd., where he oversees sales and marketing activities, business development, strategic partnerships and international trading operations.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Ridgewell Properties, where he provides overall leadership for the company's operations, business strategy, organisational growth and strategic partnerships, while driving business expansion and managing key stakeholder relationships.
