1. Change of its name from Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. to Vistra Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn. Bhd. with effect from 8 September 2026;

2. Update of its email address to "[email protected]"; and

3. Discontinuation of its fax number.

Save and except for the above, all other contact details of the Share Registrar, including its address and telephone number, remain valid and unchanged.
