The Board of Directors of GTA wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Global Turbine Asia Sdn. Bhd. ("Global Turbine"), had, on 11 September 2026, entered into a Distributor Agreement with Safran Helicopter Engines Asia for the appointment of Global Turbine as an authorised non-exclusive distributor of selected Safran Helicopter Engines products and services in Brunei Darussalam.
