The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that GK SuperTech Sdn Bhd ("ST"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 11 September 2026 entered into a binding term sheet ("Term Sheet") with Shandong Extreme Vision Technology Co., Ltd ("EV") granting ST exclusive rights to market, promote, distribute and sell EV's AI computer vision solutions ("AI Solutions") in Malaysia and Singapore ("Proposed Arrangement").

Further details of the Proposed Arrangement are set out in the attachment enclosed.
