Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 2 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of External Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of CBHB ("the Board") wishes to announce that Messrs. KUDOS SBC PLT [202606000025 (LLP0046342-LCA) & AF002629] ("Kudos"), have given their Consent to Act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 11 September 2026.

Hence, Kudos is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 on 11 September 2026 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
