We refer to the previous announcements and the explanatory statement/circular to shareholders dated 2 March 2026 in relation to the Internal Reorganisation ("Explanatory Statement/Circular"). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Explanatory Statement/Circular shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Transfer of Listing Status has been completed on 11 September 2026, following the de-listing of KHJ Shares and the listing of and quotation for Arvex Shares, in its place. Consequently, KHJ is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Arvex.

Accordingly, the Internal Reorganisation has been completed on 11 September 2026.
