PTT Synergy Group Berhad ("PTT" or "the Company") - Proposed acquisition of all that parcel of freehold land by its wholly-owned subsidiary, PTT Logistics Hub 3 Sdn. Bhd. for a total cash consideration of RM62,527,555.00

The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTT Logistics Hub 3 Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 11 September 2026 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with Lee Mooi Khean for the acquisition of all that parcel of freehold land known as Geran 77766, Lot 1597, Mukim 12, Daerah Seberang Perai Selatan, Negeri Pulau Pinang, measuring 3.925 hectares for a total cash consideration of RM62,527,555.00 only, subject to the terms and conditions of the SPA.
