Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 3 September 2026 in respect of the resignation of the External Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of TELADAN wishes to announce that Moore Stephens Associates PLT, having consented to act, is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company on 11 September 2026, to fill the casual vacancy following the resignation of the previous auditors.

The Board of Directors of TELADAN, after a thorough evaluation process, is of the view that Moore Stephens Associates PLT possesses the requisite expertise, experience and resources to act as the Company's auditors and has shortlisted Moore Stephens Associates PLT as the External Auditors of TELADAN and its group of companies pursuant to Section 271(2)(b) of the Companies Act 2016.
