The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the change of financial year end of the Company from 30 September 2026 to 31 March 2027. The change is necessary to allow additional time for the proposed Principal Adviser and Sponsor, to review and finalise the Group operational, financial and restructuring matters. The next set of audited financial statements shall be made up for a period of 18 months from 1 October 2025 to 31 March 2027.
