We refer to the earlier announcements dated 10 April 2026, 24 April 2026, 10 June 2026, 11 June 2026, 29 July 2026, 11 August 2026, 12 August 2026 and 7 September 2026 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 73,583,679 Rights Shares and 73,583,679 Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 14 September 2026, marking the completion of the Rights Issue with Warrants.
