Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 4 August 2026 in relation to the release orders received by Highbase Strategic Sdn Bhd ("HIGHBASE") from PETRONAS Chemicals Isononanol Sdn Bhd ("PCINA") and Shapadu CR Asia Sdn Bhd ("SCRA") from Pengerang Refining Company Sdn Bhd ("PRC") (collectively, the "ROs").

The Board of Directors of GFM wishes to announce that SCRA, an indirect 60%-owned subsidiary of GFM through Shapadu Energy Sdn Bhd, had on 11 September 2026 received a revised release order from PRC, increasing its estimated value from RM66,767,705.46 to RM104,163,835.19. This represents an increase of RM37,396,129.73, or approximately 56.01%.
