(I)	PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT; AND
(II)	PROPOSED CAPITAL REDUCTION

(COLLECTIVELY, THE "PROPOSALS")

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Timberwell, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake the following:

 

(i) proposed share split involving the subdivision of every 1 existing ordinary share in Timberwell ("Share") into 3 subdivided Shares on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later ("Proposed Share Split"); and

 

(ii) proposed reduction of the issued share capital of Timberwell by RM50.0 million pursuant to Section 117 of the Companies Act 2016 ("Proposed Capital Reduction").
