BONUS ISSUE OF 1,000,001,472 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN IDEAL ON THE BASIS OF 2 BONUS SHARES FOR EVERY 1 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE IN IDEAL HELD AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 14 SEPTEMBER 2026 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE")

We refer to the Company's announcements dated 9 April 2026, 24 April 2026, 5 May 2026, 21 May 2026, 22 May 2026, 26 June 2026, 29 June 2026 and 27 August 2026 in relation to the Bonus Issue. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

 

On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that 1,000,001,472 Bonus Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 September 2026, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date on 14 September 2026.

 

Following the above, the enlarged issued share capital of the Company will be RM543,459,236 comprising 1,500,002,208 IDEAL Shares.
