Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 26 August 2026 in relation to the resignation of Messrs TGS Tw PLT ("TGS Tw") as the External Auditors of the Company.

The Board of Directors of Milolo wishes to announce that the Company has received the written consent to act from Messrs Kudos SBC PLT ("Kudos") to act as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 30 September 2026 and shall hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting of the Company.

The appointment of Kudos will take effect on 14 September 2026, upon TGS Tw ceasing to hold office as the External Auditors of the Company following the expiry of twenty-one (21) days from the date of its Notice of Resignation dated 24 August 2026, pursuant to Section 281(2) of the Companies Act 2016.
