MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING ENTERED INTO BETWEEN DSR TAIKO BERHAD AND PERBADANAN KEMAJUAN NEGERI PAHANG FOR COLLABORATION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PAHANG DURIAN CITY AND AUTHENTICATION, CERTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION SYSTEM FOR PAHANG MUSANG KING

The Board of Directors of DSR is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Pahang to record the mutual intention and understanding of the parties to collaborate on the establishment of Special Purpose Vehicles for the development and implementation of an Authentication, Certification and Verification System for Musang King originating from Pahang.
