The Board of Directors of BMS wishes to announce that the Company had on 14 September 2026 entered into a letter of intent with Mr. Tan Kar Seng, Ms. Tan Hooi Ling and Ms. Chiew Bee Hong, being the shareholders of Wee Tatt Traders Sdn. Bhd., in relation to the proposed establishment of a joint venture company to undertake the business of, amongst others, trading, distribution and supply of tiles, building materials and related products.
