Mr. Chong Khai Siang is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Austin Heights Group of Companies, a diversified integrated property development group with businesses in property development, real estate investment, project management, hospitality, education and themed attractions. He joined Austin Heights Group in 2010 as Director of Business Development and was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2023.

He graduated from the University of Tasmania, Australia, with a degree in Business (Accounting) and Information Management Systems. Prior to joining Austin Heights Group, he served as an IT Service Desk Manager in Australia from 2006 to 2010.

During his tenure with Austin Heights Group, he has led the Group's digital transformation initiatives, spearheaded the development of innovative property concepts, and played a key role in the planning and execution of several landmark development projects.
