The Board of Directors of UUE Holdings Berhad is pleased to announce that Kum Fatt Engineering Sdn. Bhd., the wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 15 September 2026 entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with EGP Infrastructure Investments Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of EGP Energy Corporation Limited, a company listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited.
