Reference is made to the announcements dated 26 June 2026 and 24 July 2026 in relation to the Proposals ("Announcement"). Unless stated otherwise, the definitions set out in the Announcement shall apply herein.

The Board of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 15 September 2026 received the Notice of Registration on the change of name of the Company dated 15 September 2026 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from Systech Bhd. to WTS Capital Berhad with effect from 15 September 2026.
