We refer to the Company's announcements dated 1 October 2025, 10 October 2025, 29 October 2025, 31 October 2025, 8 December 2025, 13 January 2026, 14 January 2026 and 12 February 2026 in relation to the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

PETRONAS Gas Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that, following the approval of the Scheme by the shareholders of the Company at the Court-Convened Meeting held on 12 February 2026, the Company had, on 15 September 2026, via its solicitors, filed the relevant court papers with the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur ("High Court") in connection with the Company's application for:

1. The High Court's approval of the Scheme of Arrangement; and

2. Transfer and/or vesting of Gas Processing Business, Gas Transportation Business and Utilities Business to PG Gas Processing Sdn. Bhd., PG Transco Sdn. Bhd. and PG Utilities East Sdn. Bhd. respectively,

pursuant to Sections 366 and 370 of the Companies Act 2016 to effect the Proposed Internal Reorganisation.

Further developments on the Proposed Internal Reorganisation will be announced in due course.
