We refer to the Company's announcements dated 14 December 2023, 25 November 2024, 16 December 2024, 30 May 2025, 17 June 2025, 20 June 2025, 28 November 2025, 17 December 2025, 29 May 2026, 10 July 2026 and the subsequent monthly announcements made pursuant to Paragraph 8.03A of the Listing Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.

The Company wishes to announce that, following the non-progression of the earlier proposed transactions, AmInvestment Bank Berhad has ceased to act as the Principal Adviser to the Company in respect of its proposed regularisation with immediate effect. The Company is currently in the midst of engaging a new Principal Adviser for its proposed regularisation.

The Company will make the relevant announcements should there be any material developments in relation to its regularisation plan.
