Reference is made to the Company's announcement made on 7 September 2026 in relation to the resignation of auditors of the Company. Unless otherwise stated, the terms stated herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcement.

The Board of Directors of Hiap Huat wishes to announce that Messrs. Kudos SBC PLT has given its consent to act as auditors of the Company pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via its letter dated 15 September 2026, has now been appointed as the new External Auditors of the Company.
