Reference is made to the offer document dated 1 September 2026 in relation to the Offer ("Offer Document"). Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Offer Document.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company has on 15 September 2026 received a press notice from RHB Investment Bank, on behalf of the Offeror, informing that as at 15 September 2026, the Offeror has received valid acceptances which resulted in the Offeror, the Ultimate Offeror and the persons acting in concert with them holding in aggregate more than 50% of the voting shares in HEXRTL. Accordingly, the Offer has become unconditional on 15 September 2026 ("Unconditional Date").
As the Acceptance Condition has been fulfilled prior to the 46th day from the Posting Date, the Offer shall remain open for acceptances until 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian Time) on Tuesday, 29 September 2026, which is at least 14 days from the Unconditional Date.
