ES SUNLOGY Berhad ("ES Sunlogy" or "the Company") - Court of Appeal of Malaysia - Arbitration Proceedings Reference No. AIAC/D/ADM-956-2021: Savelite Engineering Sdn Bhd ("Savelite" or "Claimant") vs Itramas Technology Sdn. Bhd. ("Respondent" or "Itramas")

Reference is made to the earlier announcements of the Company dated 12 December 2025, 10 June 2026,1 July 2026 and 21 July 2026.

 

Unless otherwise defined, all terms and abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements of the Company.

 

The Company had been informed by its Solicitors on the late evening of 17 September 2026 that the Arbitrator had granted the Parties an extension of time to file and serve their respective Reply Submissions to the Tribunal from 17 September 2026 to 9 October 2026.

 

Accordingly, the Arbitrator is expected to deliver the arbitral award (decision) by 19 November 2026.

 

The Company will make further announcements as and when there are material developments on the above matter.

 

This announcement is dated 18 September 2026.
