On behalf of the Board, NewParadigm is pleased to announce the following in relation to the Listing:

(i)      level of subscription of public balloting and placement;

(ii)     basis of allotment/allocation for the public balloting;

(iii)    distribution for the placement tranche; and

(iv)    disclosure of placees who become substantial shareholder of Evocom arising from the Listing, if any.
