The Company has resolved to change its financial year end from 30 June 2026 to 30 September 2026. The rationale for the change is to better align the Company financial reporting and operational resource planning with its ongoing business activities. Following this change, the next audited financial statements will cover a period of 16 months from 26 May 2025 to 30 September 2026.
