The Board of Directors ("Board") of Oasis Harvest Corporation Berhad ("Oasis" or "Company") wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 September 2026 received a notice in writing from Messrs. Morison LC PLT ("Morison LC") on their resignation as Auditors of the Company and its subsidiary companies ("Group"). The resignation is set to take effect after a period of 21 days from the date of the Notice.

The Board wishes to inform that the resignation of Morison LC was on a voluntary basis and the Board is not aware of any matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Management of Oasis will appoint a new external auditors in place of Morison LC, with the appointment to be announced in due course.
