The Board of Directors of EcoWorld wishes to announce that the Urban Redevelopment Authority, acting as the agent for the Government of the Republic of Singapore ("Singapore"), has on 18 September 2026, awarded a parcel of land to Eco World Development (S) Pte Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of EcoWorld, for a tendered sale price of SGD208,099,000 (equivalent to approximately RM667.6 million). The parcel of land is located at Lorong Puntong / Sin Ming Avenue in Singapore and measures approximately 4,283.4 square metres.
