Reference is made to the announcement dated 28 August 2026 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding entered between Apex Ventures (Labuan) Limited ("APEX") and Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company ("Board") wishes to announce that the following wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Company have on 18 September 2026 entered into separate Corporate Agent Agreements ("CAAs") with APEX to establish strategic business cooperation arrangement whereby APEX shall act as the exclusive corporate agent for the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of the respective products in Turkey and the Middle East, subject to the terms and conditions of the respective CAAs:-

(i) Ni Hsin Corporation Sdn. Bhd. ("NHC"), whereby NHC appointed APEX as its corporate agent for the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of its stainless steel kitchenware and cookware products ("NHC Products").

(ii) Ever-Grow Advanced Materials Sdn. Bhd. ("EGAM"), whereby EGAM appointed APEX as its corporate agent for the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of its clad metals and stainless steel convex mirrors products ("EGAM Products").

(iii) Ni Hsin EV Tech Sdn. Bhd. ("NHEVT"), whereby NHEVT appointed APEX as its corporate agent for the promotion, marketing, sale and distribution of its electric vehicles and related accessories ("NHEVT Products").
