The Board of Directors of ES Sunlogy wishes to announce that Savelite Engineering Sdn. Bhd. ("Savelite" or "Sub-Contractor"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 18 September 2026 accepted a Letter of Appointment ("LOA") dated 13 August 2026 from JY Consult PLT [Registration No. 20164001776 (LLP 0008489-LGN)] ("Consultant") on behalf of Parkland Southern Sdn. Bhd. ("Parkland Southern" or "Employer") for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical phase 2 services works ("Sub-Contract Works") at Lot 156682, Lebuhraya Johor Bahru-Pasir Gudang, Mukim Plentong, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim for Parkland Southern for a fixed Sub-Contract Works sum of RM15,628,736.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: Fifteen Million Six Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Six) only.
