Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 28 May 2025, 9 June 2025, 30 June 2025, 29 August 2025, 11 September 2025 and 5 May 2026 in relation to the fire incident involving one of the Group's vessels located in Brazil.

The Board of Directors of Sealink International Berhad wishes to announce that pursuant to the settlement agreement executed on 5 May 2026, the Company has received the insurance proceeds amounting to USD17.28 million today.
