We refer to the announcement dated 23 June 2025 on the commencement of the Members' Voluntary Winding Up of Xpand Investments (Labuan) Limited ("Xpand" or the "Company") by Axiata Enterprise Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad ("Axiata"). 

Axiata wishes to announce that Xpand, which was placed under Members' Voluntary Winding Up on 23 June 2025, was dissolved on 20 September 2026 following the expiry of three (3) months from the date of lodgement of the Return by Liquidator relating to the final meeting pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Companies Act 2016. 

The Members' Voluntary Winding Up of Xpand will not have any material effect on the earnings or net assets of the Axiata Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2026. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of Axiata and/or persons connected to them have any direct or indirect interest in the Members' Voluntary Winding Up of Xpand.
