The Parties appeared before the YA Judge for case management (CM) today, 21 September 2026 for the above matter.
During the CM, solicitors for the 1st Proposed Intervener informed the learned Judge that, pursuant to the directions given by the Registrar on 24 August 2026, they have filed the affidavit in reply on 7 September 2026 and the Applicants have thereafter filed their affidavit in reply on 18 September 2026.
The learned Judge then gave the following directions:
(i) For the 1st Proposed Intervener to file written submissions in reply to the written submissions filed by the Applicants and the Supporting Creditor, as set out in Enclosures 27 and 29, on 5 October 2026; and
(ii) For the Applicants and the Supporting Creditor to file their submissions in reply on 19 October 2026.
The learned Judge fixed the above for hearing of Enclosure 1 on 9 December 2026 at 10 am.
The learned Judge also fixed a CM date on 7 October 2026 for the Applicants to update the Court on the status of the stay application in PW279, which was fixed for hearing on 1 October 2026.
